We work directly with primary care physicians, endocrinologists, vascular specialists, and hospitalists across Brevard County — providing the advanced wound care and hyperbaric medicine capability most outpatient clinics cannot.
Any wound that hasn't shown meaningful improvement in four weeks of standard treatment is a candidate for specialty referral. Waiting longer costs tissue, time, and often limbs.
Especially Wagner grade 2+ ulcers, ulcers with exposed bone or tendon, or ulcers with signs of infection or ischemia.
Any wound — venous, arterial, pressure, or traumatic — that has not shown 30% surface area reduction in four weeks.
Soft tissue radionecrosis, osteoradionecrosis, or delayed radiation injury. Hyperbaric therapy is an FDA-approved indication.
Refractory chronic osteomyelitis, particularly Cierny-Mader Class III/IV, benefits from adjunctive hyperbaric therapy.
Failing or threatened skin grafts and flaps — early hyperbaric intervention can salvage tissue that would otherwise be lost.
Any patient facing discussion of amputation. Multidisciplinary evaluation combining podiatry, wound care, and hyperbaric medicine.

Most outpatient wound care programs are technician-led and single-modality. We're neither. Every patient at Rockledge is treated under the direct medical leadership of a physician, with a full suite of advanced imaging, hyperbaric therapy, and podiatric surgery available in a single visit.
Direct-line access to our medical team for referring providers. We answer clinical questions the same day.
