Medical Director

Tyler Sexton, MD, MAPWCA

President, American College of Hyperbaric Medicine

Dr. Tyler Sexton is Medical Director of Rockledge Hyperbaric & Wound Care and a nationally recognized expert in wound healing, limb preservation, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. As current President of the American College of Hyperbaric Medicine, he helps set the clinical standards that shape how hyperbaric medicine is practiced across the country — and he brings that same standard of care to every patient he treats in Rockledge.

His practice focuses on the wounds and conditions that traditional care leaves behind: chronic non-healing wounds, radiation tissue injury, chronic osteomyelitis, and patients at risk of amputation. His approach combines the most advanced imaging and treatment technologies available with the direct, personal involvement of a physician — not a technician-led program.

Podiatric Medicine

Erum Jafry, DPM

Doctor of Podiatric Medicine · Foot & Ankle Surgery

Dr. Erum Jafry is a board-certified podiatric physician and surgeon whose practice spans the full breadth of foot and ankle care — from routine podiatric medicine to complex reconstructive surgery and limb preservation. She joined Rockledge Hyperbaric & Wound Care to build the kind of coordinated, multidisciplinary program that patients with complex feet rarely find outside academic medical centers.

Her practice emphasizes early intervention, meticulous surgical technique, and close collaboration with the wound care and hyperbaric teams — a rare model of true multidisciplinary care that keeps patients out of the operating room when possible, and out of amputation when it's not.

Our Philosophy

Two specialties. One team. One patient.

Complex wounds and complex feet don't respect specialty boundaries. Neither do we. Dr. Sexton and Dr. Jafry practice side-by-side — sharing patients, imaging, and treatment plans — so every patient gets the right specialist at the right time, without ever leaving the building.

Start healing today.

Whether you're a patient whose wound isn't healing or a physician seeking a partner for complex cases, we're ready to help.
